Comprehensive Ophthalmology
Dr. Kanter received his BA from Hobart College and his MD
from SUNY Upstate Medical Center. He did his internship year at St. Joseph’s
Hospital and his ophthalmology residency at SUNY Upstate Medical Center.
He has been in private practice in the Syracuse area since 1974 and joined
Eye Consultants in 2001. He practices general ophthalmology, with an interest
in dry eye and tear film disorders.
Dr. Kanter enjoys gardening, reading,
collecting antiques and spending time with his grandchildren.
