Comprehensive Ophthalmology

Dr. Kinsey is a graduate of Syracuse University and the SUNY Upstate Medical University College of Medicine. He completed his internship at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester and then completed his ophthalmology residency in Syracuse.

Dr. Kinsey enjoys relaxing at the beach, doing crossword puzzles and piloting small aircraft.
